PROPERTY CONDITION ASSESSMENT
Our Property Condition Assessments or Commercial Building Inspections meet or exceed the guidelines of the ASTM Standard E 2018-15. The entire Standard is 21 pages in length and available from ASTM at their website, www.astm.org.
We provide a narrative report which provides information on the condition of the property and its systems. Report contents include:
- Opinions of probable cost of repair and replacements. Our report exceeds the ASTM Standard E 2018-15 in that a five-year time frame for major repairs or replacements of building components is considered.
- Estimates of remaining useful life for building components.
- Photographs of typical building elevations, major systems and major deficiencies identified.
A sample assessment report is available upon request.
