A typical inspection takes 3 to 4 hours. We encourage you to  meet with the inspector at the home to go over a full summary of the inspector's findings. This will allow you to view and discuss any areas of concern first hand.

Your inspection report, including detailed photos of noted conditions, will follow via email the
same day. The inspector will review it with you to discuss any issues, and provide detailed information about the property.

We also provide a consultation service to our customers for any future questions you have regarding your home or maintaining it. This service is provided free of charge for as long as you own your home.
